Positions Available:
ON-AIR PERSONALITIES (DJS):

Headset, Microphone, and Skype Account required
If you have a reliable internet connection and computer this is a position you can operate from home.

Time slots:
12n - 3pm, 3pm - 6pm, 6pm - 9pm

Please note you do not have to be available every day or at the same time each day.
We are looking for people who can keep to the schedule they agreed to work.

PRODUCERS/EDITORS:

Radio producers are the organized and creative people who coordinate the content of radio shows. Although the presenter usually gets all the fame and glory, the radio producer is the real star of the show! Radio producers determine the structure of the broadcast, make everything sound slick, create the playlist, track down interviewees, manage the team and make sure everyone knows what they’re doing.

Time slots:
12pm-3pm, 3pm – 6pm, 6pm – 9pm, 9pm – 12 mid

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING TEAM:

If you have a reliable internet connection and computer this is a position you can operate from home.

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds and increase the visibility of the station’s social content.


SALES TEAM:

PAID – COMMISSION BASED

If you have a reliable internet connection and computer this is a position you can operate from home.

Sales team members are responsible for generating the income for the station from advertising sales and sponsorships. This primarily involves selling the benefits of Radio as an advertising medium, to both media agencies and individual clients. Team members are expected to work closely with colleagues involved in marketing, sponsorship, promotions, events, publicity, and programming. They should ensure that station output and other activities support revenue generation and that clients receive high quality and consistent service at all times.
 

ADMINISTRATION POSITIONS:

PROGRAM DIRECTOR:

As a radio program director, your job is to catch your audience's attention as soon as they tune in and keep them drawn in so they don't switch to another station. You handle the business of the radio station and leave the voice and personality to the disc jockey, the success of the radio station lies in your hands.

CONTENT ACQUISITION MANAGER:

If you have a reliable internet connection and computer this is a position you can operate from home.

Lead deal negotiations for new and returning on-air content. Structure programming deals, term sheets and assist in negotiating rights for distribution of content.
